Our Professional Home Inspectors go through three months of extensive training with the owner of our company before being scheduled to perform home inspections on their own. We actually encourage our clients to attend the entire home inspection. This is so that you may get a good idea of what goes on during the home inspection. Though we encourage you to attend the entire home inspection, we understand that is not always possible, so we recommend that you attend at least the last 30 minutes of the inspection so your professional home inspector can go over his findings and answer any questions you may have. We will even have the inspector call you one hour before completing the inspection to give you enough time to attend the end of the inspection if you would like. Still if you are not able to attend any part of the inspection, our inspector can be asked to call you once the inspection is done and he will go over the property inspection report with you by phone. Your inspector will take this time to inform you of any findings he might have come across during the home inspection.
Our Five Star Packages also include a computer generated report which comes with digital pictures and illustrations to make it easier to understand. We also include a free termite inspection report and if the home is free of termites and conducive conditions we will also give you a free 120 warranty on the termite inspection report.
